Head was appointed by Promise, one of the world’s leading brand consultancies, to develop an innovative online research service. They asked us to develop an interactive research platform so brand owners and consumers could engage in real time conversation about pre-selected topics.
We created Promise Communities, which enables brand owners to set questions and tasks for consumer panels. Consumers can answer by uploading media, joining in moderated discussions and live video.
There are demographic filters to ensure the right people participate, and a reporting and analytics package which lets brand owners drill down into the research data. And the look and feel of the service can be customised to suit the needs of individual brands.
We delivered in a complex solution to budget, and to exacting deadlines.
