We started Head Labs so we could learn about new technologies, new consumer behaviour and new business models – without having to waste client money on experiments that might not work.
We pick areas for investigation that are going to be stimulating for us and likely to yield interesting new thinking for our regular work.
It also helps to demonstrate our value as innovative thinkers to the wider web/technology community which means we can recruit and retain the best people.
