Senior Project Manager
Job type: Permanent Full Time
Here at Head we love a good project manager and a project manager who like us, loves their detail (and a good gantt chart). We are looking for a full-time senior PM to join our team and run a few of our super big clients.
Experience
You will need to have 3 - 5 years solid experience with a well-known digital agency, having handled significant accounts and be used to producing documentation and administering all areas of the client relationship. Experience in developing and implementing internal project processes would also be a benefit.
Personal qualities
Personality is key, as we place up most importance on a happy and productive work place. You will need to be genuinely enthusiastic, intelligent and have enough experience to be able to identify problem areas within a project early on and be able to take suitable actions to keep the project on-track.
We are looking for a conscientious individual with attention to detail being second nature. He or she must be well presented and spoken, with a professional manner, who is able to handle meetings with senior clients.

Specific duties
- Manage the client relationship on a day-to-day basis
- Manage the running of individual projects
- Create and manage schedules and budgets for individual projects
- Support the new business department with pitches and tenders where required
- Manage the project team to meet deadlines within projects
- Issue invoices
- Attend weekly project management meetings
- Attend monthly company meetings
Qualifications
Academic:
A degree level education
Super A levels
Skills required
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, especially XLS and PPT
Budget planning and tracking
Fluent German speaker would be a bonus!
